Xinxing's ultimate aim, which we continually strive to realize, is to be an eco-efficient company that uses 100% recycled or renewably-sourced raw materials for the manufacture of our products.
1.New materials
A new and revolutionary way of composing technical stones unfolds before the eyes of the world. Xinxing Stone inspires future industry trends by introducing Zero Silica, the first man-made material that maintains the high aesthetic standards of traditional engineered stone but it is totally free from crystalline silica in its composition. Xinxing Zero Silica unravels the secrets and beauty of natural stone, reflecting unparalleled mastery in a stone with a unique, technologically enhanced formula, produced with the lowest carbon foot print of any comparable surface in the market.
Its exclusive formula includes recycled materials such as glass and unsaturated polyester resins, eliminating crystalline silica from its composition entirely. Xinxing zero quartz behaves and cuts like traditional quartz, but its revolutionary raw material avoids the drawbacks of handling a surface containing silica.
Some manufacturers use cheap and harmful resins, which damage the body health of users. We firmly resist such behavior. Xinxing uses high-quality environmental protection resins to ensure that each countertop is non-toxic and harmless. We care about human health and avoid the use of inferior resins containing harmful chemicals. Safety and sustainability are the guiding principles throughout Xinxing Stone's entire value chain, prioritizing the well being of the communities involved.
2.WASTE MANAGEMENT
All waste generated during the production process is managed by an authorized authority. Xinxing collects waste according to the type of waste generated: paper and cardboard, plastic, wood, organic material, waste batteries, etc. Separate waste properly to promote recycling and reuse. To achieve this, we set up eligible temporary storage areas at each factory.
3.WATER RECYCLING
Xinxing has a well-developed system for collecting and storing rainwater for industrial purposes. 100% of the water used in our manufacturing process is treated by a sewage treatment plant to separate the sludge from the water and reuse it in subsequent processes. Instead of using public water sources, Xinxing use groundwater or rainwater with compensation of water loss by sludge or evaporation.
4.REDUCING EMISSIONS
Establish measures and regulations to reduce unnecessary energy emissions.
First, computer equipment update, replaced by other energy-saving and low-power equipment.
Second, remove a single air conditioner and install a central air conditioner.
Third, all new equipment purchases are based on a pre-energy consumption assessment to select products with better energy consumption ratings.
5.Quality Certificates
The concept of green and environmental protection is a part of the values of Xinxing Stone, Xinxing Stone makes every effort to recycle the wastes. Meanwhile, we adhere to the talent-oriented concept to provide safe workplace and equipment for employees. We also provide information training and supervision as well as personal protective equipment in order to provide a safe workplace and living place for employees and customers.
Xinxing Stone has been awarded numerous internationally recognized certifications, proof to our customers and end consumers of our focus on environmental protection and people’s welfare as well as the high standards of quality and safety of our products.
GREENGUARD
This certificate issued by the Greenguard Environmental Institute guarantees that Xinxing Stone complys with indoor air quality standards covering volatile organic compounds (COVs), helping to reduce indoor air pollution and the risk of chemical exposure.
NSF
NSF is a non-profit organization in the United State certifying public health, safety and environmental standards, means Xinxing Stone products are safe and hygienic materials for use in direct contact with food and foodstuffs of all Kinds.
CE
Xinxing Stone required CE marking before they could be sold in the EU. CE marking indicates that Xinxing Stone has been assessed by the manufacturer and deemed to meet EU safety, health and environmental protection requirements.
SGS
SGS is the world's leading inspection, verification, testing and certification company. SGS tested and evaluated Xinxing Stone from different aspects and proves it in line with global standards and local norms.
ISO
Xinxing Stone applies an integrated Quality, Health & Safety and Environment System compliant with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001, ensures that all its products are non-hazardous to the health and uses cutting-edge equipment to produce them.
CNAS
CNAS is the national accreditation body in China. These systems check that Xinxing Stone is in complete compliance and that the required certifications are up to date.
